GHL Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Go High Level (GHL) Implementation Specialist will be responsible for owning the technical aspects of customer onboarding, whether that’s troubleshooting, digging into our app, or whatever behind-the-scenes magic needs to happen to ensure our customer is set up for success. The Customer Onboarding Specialist will also assume the role as a launch engineer and will work with customers to ensure that they have a solid plan and timeline for their site’s launch.

• Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
• Set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process for new accounts
• Responsible for designing and implementing sales funnel strategies
• Communicate technological concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise
• Own and manage the customer onboarding process from customer commitment stage through to product activation
• Plant the product integration strategy in order to minimize integration times
• Test and troubleshoot the client’s implementation, providing feedback to the client
• Work closely with the sales team, supporting the pre-sale process when needed and ensuring the transition from prospect to customer is seamless
• Contribute to the improvements of different application integration methodologies
• Design high converting Go High Level landing pages
• Integrate plugins with Go High Level
• Set up pipelines and calendar booking in Go High Level
• Set up payment gateways
• Create responsive form pages, surveys, triggers, or automations in Go High Level (GHL)
• Create stunning sales funnels in Go High Level for Webspark Media and its clients
• Design responsive and eye-catching websites for Webspark Media and its clients inside the GoHighLevel platform
• Utilize systems for the management, tracking, and execution of onboarding projects
• Responsible for the accurate input of system information and account set up for new clients
• Work with internal partners to resolve any marketing or customer billing issues with clients
• Manage all marketing creative changes requested by client
• Utilize all checklist and QA tools to maximize accuracy and ensure timely marketing campaigns
• Provide new client event set up information to internal teams regarding report creation, enrollment processing, and customer billing details
• Successfully transition onboarded customers to Account Managers for further development

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Experience working in an application ecosystem and integrating 3rd party technologies
• Proven experience in working with APIs and fundamental understanding of how they work
• Good project management mindset
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Go High Level (GHL), Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, Zapier and Adobe Creative Suite
• Team player but can work independently, too
• Solid communication skills with the ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
