Media Buyer

The Media Buyer position’s focus is to buy media on various platforms which generate leads
and sales for Webspark Media as well as clients of Webspark Media. Our Media Buyer
should build great internal rapport with fellow staff, working across teams to ensure good

What This Job Entails
• You will develop, deploy, and optimize digital distribution partnerships with key
platforms and providers.
• Organize digital media buying using major display, search, and social networks to drive
traffic.
• Perform market research to refine paid media strategies and identify marketplace
opportunities for new products and marketing pitches.
• Have a creative knack for constructing killer ad copy and can drive brass-tacks cost per
action (CPA) performance across a variety of media types and cost structure, be it on a
cost per impression (CPM), cost per click (CPC), or cost per appointment (CPA) basis.
• Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns and provide
insights/recommendations.
• Text and image creative creation, split testing, and optimization.
• Know to the ins and outs of user-base segmentation, and how to identify and scale
profitable cohorts.
• Source level bid optimizations to hit product LTV and ROI targets.
• Professional experience running performance based (CPC/CPI/CPA) ad campaigns on a
variety of mediums – Facebook, Google, TikTok, Craigslist and other buying platforms.
• Analyze conversion rates, click-through rates, retention rates, lifetime value (LTV) and
other common KPI’s.
• Use Excel (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
• Creating ad copy – text and graphics.
• Excellent interpretive skills, with the ability to translate raw data into actionable
outcomes.
• Oversees KPIs / analytics, marketing plan development, execution, and follow-up.
• Contributes to account growth by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and
methods to improve internal processes.
• Ensuring excellent communication and a strong partnership is always maintained with
the clients
• Perform quality assurance check on all deliverables.
• Continuously identifying opportunities for improving workflows, processes, and
resource allocation and planning to increase customer satisfaction.
• Detailed knowledge of both internal and outsourced digital fulfillment requirements and
workflow.
• Reviews all orders to ensure proper documentation is supplied and secures any missing
data from the digital sales team.
• Escalates issues as needed.
• Provides consistent feedback to facilitate continuous improvement in the quality of
service and campaign results.
• Work with CEO, COO and Account Managers to develop and execute growth strategies
of our key accounts
