Video Editor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product
• Managing and updating the video tasks in clickup
• Properly following the process for editing/quality control/approval/posting
• Using software for subtitle automation
• Providing direction for video filming to guide the designated person filming the video
• Ability to edit dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects
• Keep content generally matching the account’s branding but while suggesting new directions to revamp the content while staying true to the established brand
• Suggesting topics for use based on research shown in popular current trending videos
• Successfully organizing a content schedule – both of past posts and upcoming scheduled topics for filming
• Organizing and tracking the engagement of past posts (likes/comments/shares/views/etc) to drive direction of future posts
